A monthly market featuring craft and antique dealers April thru October. Plenty of unique antiques each month. 10-20 vendors/dealers, Outdoor spaces available, HA, no admission charge. Located in the center of downtown Arthur behind the Visitor Information Center. 9am to 4pm

Winters Fine Art Gallery
Fine art and collectibles located in the heart of the Illinois Amish country.  The Joan Winter Galleries features fine art and collectibles including original work from Igor Levashov, an internationally acclaimed artist. Jerry Winters, Joan's husband and resident artist, is also a celbrated folk artist. His extremely detailed paintings always include the hidden star of the show - "Monet Bouche", their tiny fluff of a teacup poodle. The Winter's Gallery emphasis has been on quality, luxury, attentive service and old fashioned courtesy.  134 S.
