            Amish Country Bicycle Tour

     Hosted by the Decatur Bicycle Club and the Arthur Association of Commerce.

The main ride headquarters will move into DOWNTOWN ARTHUR at the GAZEBO ANNEX across the street from the Arthur Visitor Information Center. Parking will be marked, predominantly on the west side of the downtown, or in the Visitors Information Center lot.

Ride one mile or 100 miles in this family friendly tour around Illinois Amish Country. Usually perfect early fall weather, the scenic Amish countryside, mostly flat country roads with little traffic, Amish shops to visit, the Great Pumpkin Patch in full swing, and a great home cooked meal at the Christian School afterwards.

Upwards of 600 riders participate each falll making this one of the largest bicycle tours in Illinois. Free camping, benefit breakfast, sag wagons, ride t-shirts, rest stops with snacks and drinks... all you need for a great weekend.
